I’m sorry to say I’ve googled the heck out of this little bird and I couldn’t come up with more than its habitat and status.
It’s called a Scale-crested Pygmy Tyrant and it’s a very beautiful little bird with an interesting hairdo. Reminds me of a miniature Indian chief 🙂
