You all are probably familiar with the unbelievably cute Slow Loris from Youtube fame when the video “Tickling Slow Loris” that went crazy viral around the web (watch it below). But have you ever heard of its much skinnier (and rarer) cousin, the Slender Loris?

Slender lorises are amazing arboreal animals that can rapidly climb through even the densest of forests. Females are in charge in their groups though all adults are responsible for late night hunting since the species is nocturnal. When the sun goes down, Slender Lorises like to party. Mutual grooming and play wrestling is always expected.

The Zoological Society of London calls the slender loris “one of the rarest and most threatened primates in the world.”
