Habitat: Marshall Islands
Status: Not Listed
This is one of the most out-of-this-world nudibranchs I’ve come across in my travels so far. It’s a species that’s only known from seven specimens collected in the Marshall Islands; they haven’t even given it a proper scientific name yet! Right now it just goes by Notobryon sp. e500 but I think it should be given the name “Pixie Dust Nudibranch” because of the iridescent flecks that cover its translucent body. I should totally submit that for consideration.
