These wonderful and relatively rare nudibranchs are members of the bubble snail family which means that they have developed shells that are simply being hidden underneath lateral parapodial (= fleshy winglike outgrowths) lobes. This species is Haminoea cyanomarginata and its identified mainly by its bright purple outline that wraps around its entire body. Some specimens have blotchy yellow spots on their bodies but others do not. 
These guys remind me of orchids. I think they’re simply stunning.
