So I could find absolutely no information on this adorably fluffy moth. Photographer John Horstman is the first I’ve come across who has taken some mind-blowingly awesome photos of this creature. He calls it the Monkey Moth (Eupterote lineosa) but I think it looks more like a teddy bear than a monkey, personally.
Most people aren’t really fans of moths. I can’t understand that, especially when observing ones that look like this fuzzy cutie. How can you not just want to pet its tiny little body? Moths are really only butterflies of the night, after all!
