Meet Foo-Chan. This Japanese cat is rising to internet fame after being spotted on tumblr. It’s no surprise that he’s also getting noticed on Japan’s biggest web forum, among other popular sites, and is being called “cute, but troubled.”

No one quite knows why this cat looks so disappointed in you. Did you cheat on that test? Did you steal candy from a baby? Foo-Chan knows you did, and he’s not too happy about it. Start living up to your full potential or Foo-Chan will be completely miserable forever.
