Very little information and photographs of the Short-eared Dog, or Short-eared Zorro are to be found anywhere. The creature is extremely elusive and rather unique among other canine species.

The Short-eared Dog has very slender limbs, short, rounded ears and a distinctively fox-like muzzle. The weirdest part? It has semi-webbed paws owing to its partially aquatic environment.

Females are about 1/3 times larger than the males. When guys see a female they thoroughly enjoy, they will spray a musk produced by the scent glands. Mmm… sexy.
